Anybody see that today?

Reminded me of the sudden death match with Bob May a decade ago. Tiger is simply amazing. The definition of a true winner.

I'm not one for golf, I don;t watch it, but I keep track as much as the next person. But you have to see that this may be one of the most amazing sports careers in modern history.

What's amazing to me, is that when Tiger is playing poorly, or has a bum knee and is hurt, you can play the absolutley most perfect game you will ever play in your entire life, and only be good enough to get close.

He's like Jordon.

I caught his last putt, last night.

He fell behind today, came back on the last put to tie for a sudden death match, then simply played a better hole than the other guy. Rediculous.

I take it none of you watched him on Saturday.

What he did on Sunday (and Today) is nothing compared to that.

NOTHING.

He's a pretty decent golfing guy.

I was watching as much as I could, but I was travelling and in a meeting most of the weekend/monday.

I thought for sure when he was up after 10, he had the playoff, then Rocco came back. I stopped paying attention and assumed Tiger had blew it.

I saw "the putt" Saturday night. He's awesome in the clutch.

That's what I get for running against a cheerleader. She didn't even have to campaign.

Thing is, she never had to write a single article.



When I ran for CIA (Christians in Action [I was the only non-believer on the staff]) reporter and History Club vice president, things were different. Things were different because no one ran against me. I was almost fired from both positions, though, so maybe it's for the best that I was not made student body reporter.

(I was almost fired from the first position for writing a creeped out, skeptical review of what was referred to as a "Christ Rally"; I was almost fired from the second position for suggesting that we emblazon our official History Club shirts with the phrase "History: Take a Shot at It." Their problem wasn't with the slogan. It was with my suggestion that the slogan be a caption for a still from the Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination. I'm sure I've already told you this story, before.)
