I have no idea who Rebel, is, really. I'm just glad to see the writing back up to its first season levels. And, I'm glad that Janice Parkman is coming back. I kinda had a thing for her in the first season.
Oh, and Samson Gray's ability is the same as Sylar's original. He's taken the abilities he has in much the same way Sylar has.
